– 4 drops of chamomile oil
– 3 drops of lavender oil
– 3 tbsp of Dead Sea salt
– A large container of warm water

Now, you can make the water as warm as you like. Some people like it extra hot, as the steam, mixed with the oil, is great for the rest of the body as well. It is best to use Dead Sea salt instead of other options, as it helps remove dead skin, which leaves you with radiant, soft feeling feet.

Eucalyptus and Peppermint Cocktail

This foot soak uses a large number of oils mixed together. As is the case with all other soaks, you can set the temperature to your liking. You want to soak for at least 15 to 20 minutes. The ingredients you need include:

– 2 drops of eucalyptus oil
– 2 drops of peppermint oil
– 2 drops of rosemary oil
– 2 drops of lavender oil
– 2 tbsp Dead Sea Salt

Foot Odor Soak

– 3 drops of cypress oil
– 2 drops of sage oil
– Fresh juice from half a lemon

Lemon is excellent for cleaning and the cypress is an excellent deodorant and leaves the skin refreshed. Sage is good for fighting infections and fungus, which is another plus for when you are working all day.

Bunion Soak

Bunions on your feet are incredibly painful, especially when you have to stay on your feet for hours at a time. If you have bunions, this is an excellent soak to use. You need:

– 3 drops of eucalyptus oil
– 1 drop of sage oil
– 1 drop of rosemary oil
– 2 tbsp of olive oil
– 2 tbsp of Epsom salt

Sage is an anti septic and anti fungal oil while the olive oil is great for your skin and helps moisturize your feet as well.

Workout Soak

After a long workout, your feet are tired, hurt and might smell. Of all the feet soaks, this is the best for this situation.

– 2 drops rosemary oil
– 2 drops lavender oil
– 1 drop tea tree oil
– 3 tbsp Dead Sea salt

These ingredients help remove dead skin and odors.
